There are many ways to be generous with our lives. We give of our time, talent, and treasure because we have experienced first-hand the grace and generosity of God in our lives and through the life and work of the congregation.

2024 Stewardship Invitation & Commitment Card

We look forward to what God has in store for us in 2024 and invite you to continue to prayerfully “use whatever gift you have received to serve others”. Consider how you might invest your time, talent, and treasure in new ways for the sake of the Gospel this coming year. We ask you to prayerfully consider increasing your financial gifts in this next year so that we can continue to do God's work with our hands and serve our neighbor's needs.

Your Time

Time is a precious resource to be shared, and there are numerous opportunities to volunteer your time at New Journey Lutheran Church. Contact Pastor Beth for more details on how you can volunteer your time.

Examples of the ways you can share your time at New Journey Lutheran: preparing lunches for Grace Lutheran Church’s Heat Respite Program, helping with landscaping needs or cleaning our worship and fellowship spaces, serving in worship ministries such as reading Sunday’s scripture or ushering/greeting, volunteering on a ministry team or group (Archives Management, Altar Guild, Christian Education, Congregation Council, Financial Sustainability Group, Food 4 Kidz, Prayer Team, Property, Social Ministry, and Worship & Music).
Your Talents

Everyone has unique talents that can be shared with the community. Contact Pastor Beth to find out how your talents can contribute to New Journey Lutheran’s shared life.

Examples of ways you can serve God and God’s people with your special gifts: Choir, leading Bible studies, constructing quilts with the Sew Journers, serving as Lay Communion Ministers, assisting with property maintenance projects, serving as the live-stream technician or PowerPoint operator on Sunday morning. We welcome you to share your gifts!
Your Treasures

Do you see God at work in and through this worshipping community? Make an online gift to New Journey Lutheran Church via your debit/credit or directly through your bank account and invest in God’s work through us. Online giving can be set up as a recurring or one-time gift.
