Be the Church: Food for Kidz Special Appeal

Be the Church is this year’s theme for New Journey Lutheran’s 12th  Annual Food for Kidz Community Food Pack. To support this theme, The Food Pack Planning Team set an ambitious $15,000 fundraising goal for our 2025 Community Food Pack. We are appealing to you, members and friends of New Journey, to make financial contributions to our fundraising goal and support the mission of our Food Pack: Feeding Communities, Changing Lives.   

On Sunday, November 24, Pat Corey, New Journey member and former co-chair of Food for Kidz Planning Team will share why she supports the Community Food Pack with Food for Kidz.  We hope her story will inform and inspire you to make a special gift of money towards the 2025 Food Pack. Envelopes for your financial gift will be distributed on November 24 and should be returned the following Sunday, December 1.  Alternatively, you may make a gift online at:  Food for Kidz.  All financial contributions made by the congregation will be matched up to $2,000.
