For New Journey Lutheran, worship unites us in celebration, engages us in thoughtful dialogue and helps us grow in faith. It grounds us in our Christian roots, and strengthens us for daily life and service. Each week our services at New Journey bring people together to celebrate the power of God’s life-changing love. You will always receive a warm welcome at our church that loves you and loves to worship the Lord!
New Journey’s worship is centered in Word and Sacrament. As a congregation of the ELCA, the scripture readings for each Sunday come from a three-year cycle of readings. Communion is offered weekly and is received through intinction (the dipping of a communion wafer into a chalice of wine or grape juice).
